New Logo Design // Hmmm...

So as I've been working on the new layout and content of the page, I've also been trying to find the most visually appealing logo to rock with the new design. The past two days I've used this one which I thought was cool at first -- BUT (there is a but...) it just wasn't working for me today.

Rest In Peace// Gary Coleman

Sadly, Gary Coleman died today at the age of 42. Gary suffered a brain hemorrhage several days ago and went into a coma and never recovered.

He's most famous for his role as "Arnold" on 70's hit show 'Different Strokes'. All of his other troubles will not be recounted on this site. He brought too much joy to my childhood with his famous line... "What you talkin' bout Willis?" R.I.P. Gary!

Reality TV // Basket Ball Wives: Jennifer "Diamond Girl" Williams

Like several women I know, one of our guilty pleasures is watching VH1's 'Basketball Wives'. After watching the show, one of my favorite "characters" is Jennifer Williams. She's married to ex-baller Eric Williams who has a track-record of cheating.

I guess I'm enjoying her more than the other girls because she appears to have a glimmer of hope that her marriage can be saved, even with the "Girl you better gon'head and cheat" advice some of the other women on the show have given her. She's the only REAL wife (Shaunie O'Neal is now divorced from Shaq) and oh yeah - the fact that she's making his/their bank account work for her (for now)... as you'll see below. She dishes with Honey about one of the few things that make her happy.... diamonds!

Transfromin' is probably my favorite at the moment. It gets me pumped when I'm riding through traffic in the morning, making my way to the modern day plantation.
